Terms of Service

1. About Pinay Partner

Pinay Partner (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is an online dating and social discovery community that helps adults meet, chat, and build relationships. Pinay Partner is not a marriage brokerage or matchmaking agency: we do not arrange, broker, or facilitate marriages, and we do not select or recommend specific individuals for marriage. All connections made through the Service are initiated freely by members themselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older, legally able to enter into this agreement, have never been convicted of a sexual offence or violent crime, and are not required to register as a sex offender with any authority. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion to protect the community.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All information you provide must be accurate, including your age and identity.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• Female members must complete video verification before their profile becomes visible. Submitting a verification video on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans (Essential, Premium, Ultra) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly, every 3 months, or every 12 months, as selected at checkout. Multi-month terms are charged in full at the start of each term.
• You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel at any time from the My Membership page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Prices may change; changes never affect a subscription term you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

5. Community rules

You agree not to:

• request or send money, gifts, financial help, or financial information to or from other members;
• use the Service for commercial purposes, escorting, or solicitation of any kind;
• post content that is explicit, illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes others’ rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions;
• use another member’s photos or videos outside the Service (including screenshots);
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the Service.

We use a combination of automated screening and human moderation to review photos, verification videos, and reported messages. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban without refund.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and promote the Service. Verification videos are shown only within the Service according to your plan settings and are never sold to third parties.

7. Safety & disclaimers

We verify female members by video and moderate the community, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Read our Safety Tipsbefore meeting anyone in person. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community.

9. Changes & contact
